PaloSanto expresses the spirit of ancient Cartagena de Indias, offering its exquisite cuisine within a place with a contemporary restoration of the old house used in Colonial times as the Accountant’s Office for the Spanish Royal Crown, between the XVII and XVIII centuries. On its kitchen, Yaneris, the native chef, masterfully prepares the most delicious local and Mediterranean food thanks to her knowledge and long experience.
