It is a restaurant of fish and seafood prepared with combinations of different haute cuisine techniques, creating a concept of author cuisine that uses as main components of their dishes products that identify the Caribbean gastronomy, such as plantain, corn, “achiote”, coconut, mango, pineapple, among others.

(Fish fillet served with yucca puree, shrimp and squid in coconut curry sauce).

  • "Antojado" chicken.

(Chicken breast stuffed with rugula, bacon and cream cheese. Bathed with a mushrooms sauce and served with creole potatoes puree).

  • "Marisquero" rice.

(Caribbean style creamy seafood rice).

  • Passion fruit mousse.
