In the middle of completely renovated spaces, it presents an authentic gastronomic proposal designed by Chef Cartagenero Charlie Otero, who has given himself the task of going to the origins of local cuisine and rescuing traditional products and preparations to create a surprising and innovative menu, with techniques, ingredients, cooking methods and unexpected recipes. Enjoy a delicious experience and take a tour of the beautiful savanna through the flavors of yam, corozo or tamarind. Fly with your imagination accompanied by the sounds of Bolívar, in a modern space and decorated with native elements such as the sanjacintera hammock, photos of rivers, as well as authentic products and characters of the local culture.
